Main ContentClearinghouse Website Survey ResultsThe recent LTAP/TTAP Clearinghouse survey about the website, www.ltapt2.org had 59 unique participants and 87 unique visitors, a great response for our program that has 58 centers! Thanks to the high level of participation we have a lot of valuable information to guide our site navigation plans and to map out new content. Below is a snap shot of the survey findings. For a full report contact Lisa McCluskey, lmccluskey@artba.org. 90% of respondents were LTAP/TTAP center employees. 48% said that they used the website once a week. Most used area of the website in ranking order:
90% of the survey respondents indicated that they would like the ability to update their center's contact information online. 66% said that they would use an LTAP blog or message board that included new posting notifications via e-mail. Planned revisions of the website include easier navigation and search functions, fresh content, improvement of archived materials, downloadable training applications, newsletter resources, the ability for users to update their own information and more. The rebuilding of the website will also allow for a faster response rate for updates. The Clearinghouse is currently working with the Clearinghouse Steering Committee on this project, and will provide updates to centers during regional meetings. There will also be opportunity for all LTAP/TTAP centers to review the website and submit comments in May.
